Building Blocks is the fourth movement of Suite Preposterous! by composer Jason Sullivann. The movement is in three main sections: 1. Bricks, 2. LEGO®, and 3. Bytes.

Jason's influences include Bartok, Hindemith, Stravinsky, Frank Zappa, and PDQ Bach, plus rock bands that excel at uneven time signatures such as Rush and King Crimson, and an appreciation for jazz improvisation and music that has an improvised feel.
