We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order and we will refund the full purchase price. We may ask you to sign and return a statement to us confirming that you deleted the downloaded files.

How will I receive my music download?

You can pay for your order using either Shopify Payments, Paypal, Google Pay or a credit card. After completing your order, an email will be sent to you with links to download your pdf files. Please allow some time for the email to arrive.

How do I find music?

Browse by category using the menu at the top of the page, or the "Browse Categories" sidebar at the left of any category page.

Search for specific items on this page, or by clicking the search icon at the top right of any page.

Go to the arrangers and composers to view a list of titles by your favorite arranger.

Go to the category menu at the top of the page and click on "Full Catalog" to filter by a complete list of arrangers, composers, genres and ensembles.

Can I share my purchased sheet music?

Your sheet music is under copyright and should not be reproduced, rearranged, distributed, or displayed publicly, without requesting permission or purchasing a licence. However, it is ok to share it with the members of your ensemble, your students, or friends and family if purchasing it for them as a gift.

Can I print extra copies for the music festival?

It is our understanding that many music festivals require you to purchase an extra copy for the adjudicators. If this is the case you'll need to buy two copies.

I haven't received my music in the mail yet. Have you shipped it?

Please note that we don't ship printed music. Our brass music is available for immediate download in pdf format.

How do I print my music?

Open the file on your computer and print your music with Adobe Reader or another pdf reading program. You probably already have a pdf program installed, but if not you can download Adobe Reader here. We also like the free Sumatra PDF software (Windows only).

Most titles should be printed on letter-size paper (8½ x 11 inches). It's best to print at actual size or 100%, as margins are already built into the music. There are a few titles formatted for A4 size paper, which is noted in the product description.
